Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you need to clean up messes quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacs and mops that I have tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation as well as the ability to remove Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop combo that has cutting-edge features take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This premium vacuum is quick and agile, and it picked up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a miniature map of your house and a few on-screen buttons to control the device manually.
Another notable feature is the S8's ability to adjust its cleaning mode according to dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will pause and wash its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.
It has a variety of other features that are smart also, including an alternative dock that connects to your plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller without needing refilling it manually. You can also use voice commands with the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-free robot vacuum that can mop the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile options. It's part of a litany of combo robot vacuums that also include mops but is priced at a lower price than the majority of competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work to start, including creating an account on the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. After this, the robot will begin vacuuming and mopping easily.
It's worth noting that the mapping process takes some time and may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. The object detection is not perfect. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it had to flip over to get it out of the way. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a ideal choice for those who want an all-in-one cleaning companion.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned and not just cleaned. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game changer that enables you to get into places that a robotic vacuum can't.
This model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and other smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The app's smart feature allows you to alter a variety of settings, including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each task to clean their pads and empty the dust bins and place the debris into the self-sealing bag. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. And its battery lifespan is long enough to handle large spaces without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It features a powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets and a great obstacle-avoiding. It also has an innovative mopping technique that uses a roller constantly spraying with water to collect dirt, and then dump it in the water tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It avoided stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. It had trouble with fine particles and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also relatively high, and it could be less of a set-and-forget model than some.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking technology that allows it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin as well as dry and wash the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to regular schedules. Eufy's app allows you to manage all the functions. It gives you clear information and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can detect furniture legs and other obstacles with decent precision. The application lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, define zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. robot vacuum cleaner cheap of the Freo is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which can be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also includes smart carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're near soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating the carpet.
The docking station functions as an unmanned maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, then refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station features an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing for 7 weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8 and this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office spotless and also tackle the corners of my tiny apartment. robot vacuum hoover uses laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D map of your home, so it knows what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not the poop) unlike other vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also adjust the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

It comes with the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and can distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid cleaning rooms that aren't clean if you want to save time. It's a great choice if you have a mix of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the money to buy a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to manage regular maintenance and touch-ups on messy messes that are wet, this robot is an excellent option. It has a wide range of features including self-emptying dustbins, the water refill dock, as well as adjustable settings in the app. It's quite quiet, and it can navigate around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It can't pick the tangled tassels of a rug, and its battery drains quicker than other models we've test.
With a cost of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and useful automation into a slick design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming, but overall it did very well. It also offers a selection of cleaning options to suit your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' option for light debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for rooms with carpet. It will even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used even in small areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy and is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a good job of removing pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a photo of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys, or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they won't be removed during subsequent cleanings. The photos are encrypted and are not tied to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but not as well at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
